Did you know the saturated fat content of a "whole yoghurt" is roughly 2.4g per 100g serving? That means in an entire 500g tub, there's 12.5g / 112.5 calories worth of saturated fat.
In other words, you're not going to get fat off of whole yoghurt. You'll actually avoid all the sweeteners / additives that are found in the majority of low fat and fat free versions.
So don't waste your "healthy" food choices on low fat yoghurts. Instead, be more conscious of how many biscuits you eat when you feel like a snack, or the amount of pints you have over the course of the weekend, or the customary scone you have when you meet someone for coffee etc etc.
