When a runner pounds away mile after mile on hard surfaces such as a roadway, park or running track and do not allow adequate time between running sessions to rest, the stress of the activity can wear on the body often leading to pain that inhibits performance.
At Ciarán Foy Personal Training we take a preventative approach, where we work with you to prepare the body for this regular exercise.
You will learn how running impacts upon the body, proper stretching techniques and and strength and conditioning exercises that will help improve performance.
