What is STR3NGTH?

Developed by Ciarán Foy - Personal Trainer, Strength Coach and Physical Therapist - STR3NGTH For Women will transform you into a fitter, healthier and more confident you.


With over 10 years experience working with clients and successfully helping them in their weight loss efforts, Ciarán has decided to bring his principles together to form a system that works - STR3NGTH.


His unique approach to both training and nutrition creates the perfect environment to facilitate weight loss.


What's involved?

These workouts have been created to optimise fat burning and increase metabolisim for the best possible results.

You will be encouraged to make very simple and manageable dietary changes that will optimise results. There are no "trending diets", and the STR3NGTH cookbook is a great reference to help keep your diet full of tasty goodness.

Scheduled weigh-ins and body fat assessments will help keep you motivated and committed to your training goals.

You will follow a system that has proven itself consistently for over 10 years.

Your understanding of training and nutrition will grow significantly, giving you the power to make better decisions on a consistent basis.

Scheduled training sessions hold you accountable and ensure that you turn up, work hard and give yourself every chance of seeing the changes you want.

Your trainer and fellow participants come together to provide a solid support group. This support is just what you need to train hard in the gym, and stay on track outside of it, providing the perfect environment to facilitate weight loss.

We charge a monthly fee of €140, including VAT.
