Lunchtime Live HIIT

Get up from the desk, move, and sweat.

Live from our private studio, we'll take you through a 20 minute lunchtime HIIT session. These sessions will make movement a regular part of your day, offsetting the issues caused  / exaccerbated by sedentary lifestyles: tight and sore muscles, tiredness, lack of motivation, weight gain etc.

All levels can be catered for.

At Ciarán Foy Personal Training we're used to working with a broad range of clientelle. If you're a regular gym goer or you haven't exercised in a long time, thats ok. Our sessions are designed so that each individual can scale up OR scale down depending on their level of fitness.

 

Live participation from Ciarán.

Ciarán's particiption in these sessions helps to create a sense of accountability with the client, as well as providing support and motivation during the session itself. After all, it's good to see the trainer putting in the work too!

 


Session Schedule, Cost & Sign Up

Ciarán's live sessions happen every Tuesday & Thursday at 12pm.

Subscription costs €40 + VAT per month, giving you access to every lunchtime workout.
If you miss your scheduled session, don't worry, we'll send you the recorded session via email.

* No long term contracts, no sign-up fee, no termination fee, pay as you go.
