With 10 years experience working with clients and successfully helping them in their training goals, Ciarán has decided to bring his principles together to form a group training system that works - STR3NGTH.

 

His unique approach to both training and nutrition creates the perfect environment to facilitate lean gains.

What's involved?

These workouts have been created to optimise fat burning and increase metabolisim and boost the muscle building process.

 

You will be encouraged to make very simple and manageable dietary changes that will optimise results. There are no "trending diets", and the STR3NGTH cookbook is a great reference to help keep your diet full of tasty goodness.

 

Scheduled weigh-ins and body fat assessments will help keep you motivated and committed to your training goals.
